On 8th of October 2016, Ahlcon International felicitated its outstanding teachers by conferring TEACHERS AWARD on them, in recognition of their commendable work in school. Deviating from the past, one teacher from each of the four departments was given this award. Hon’ble Chairperson, Dr.Rohini Ahluwalia graced the occasion to encourage the teachers in all their endeavors and the day began with a soulful invocation sung by the melodious teachers. The Principal, Mr. Ashok Kumar Pandey announced the names of the awardees among jubilation.

Chairperson’s Commendation was presented to Mr. Vikram Rawat for implementing CCE successfully in the school while Mr. Ankit Gupta received the same award for his outstanding contribution in the field of Biotechnology earning six 100% scores this session. Chairperson’s Commendation was also presented to Mr. Rajiv Jha for maintenance of discipline in school and to Mr. Gaurav for commendable administrative support services rendered to the entire school.

The coveted Teacher’s Award was presented to Ms. Pooja Shandilya from Preprimary, Ms. Preeti Mehra from Primary section, Ms. Sumedha Sodhi from Middle section and Ms. Ekta Kandhari from the Senior section. It was the most unforgettable moment for these dedicated teachers who had scaled new heights in their long association with Ahlcon and had given their 100% to come up to the expectation of the school.

Dr. Rohini Ahluwalia blessed the teachers and motivated them to keep on doing their good work, in her inspiring speech. The teachers thanked the school and management for the great honor conferred upon them.

This is to apprise you that the school will remain open on 12th September 2016 (Monday) and will remain closed on 13th September 2016 (Tuesday) on account of Eid-Ul-Zuha.


NPSC Science Workshop

National Progressive Schools’ Conference (NPSC), played host to Dr.Ken Silburn , an internationally renowned science educator based in Sydney, Australia. Dr.Silburn is the head teacher science at Casual high school in Sydney Australia and is the recipient of the Prime- Minister’s Science Prize for excellence in Secondary Science teaching, 2015.

We at Ahlcon always look forward to participate and involve our students in innovative activities and projects of international levels. This is aimed at creating greater awareness, understanding and empathy of children with and for the environment. Such programmes motivate the children towards conservation-oriented lifestyle; encourage qualities of leadership, exploration and nature observation. Continuing with this endeavour, an educational project Green Rhino Workshop-III was conducted in the school campus on Saturday, 6th August 2016.

31 Students participated in the "RUN FOR RIO" a 05 K.M. Run from National Stadium to Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium organised by S.A.I.(Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports) and inaugurated by our P.M. to promote Olympic Movement and Motivating Indian Athletes participating in RIO OLYMPIC. All students completed and enjoyed  the Race.
