CLASS – II BAGLESS DAY

As per the guidelines and recommendations of NEP 2020, Class2 of Ahlcon

International School had its first Bagless Day on 3rd August, 2022.The aim of  organising Bagless Day is to reduce the pressure of carrying heavy loaded bags to school and to promote students’ participation in extra- curricular activities.

It is also an attempt to provide a different module of learning for better performance of students.

Numerous activities were conducted for kids to make learning a happy and joyful place. Shapes Memory Game, Antonyms Medley song , Visit to School’s Book Fair, Storytelling session were some of the activities which brought an expression of excitement and happiness.

The great Storytelling session was conducted by a famous storyteller Ms.Trina Roy.

They had a great time participating in the quiz which raised awareness about the eco- friendly habits simultaneously. Moreover, they were also sensitized about the various ways to conserve resources throught a worksheet.

Class 2 acknowledges the sincere support of Principal Sir Mr.Sanjay Yadav and Headmistress Ms. Kavita Shah for motivating and guiding the teachers and students for making Bagless day , a successful day.
