Report on Children’s Day- A Bagless Day

On 14th November, the Primary Department celebrated Children’s Day with full vigour and zeal. It was a bagless day replete with interesting activities for Classes 1 to 5. The teachers conducted a special assembly for the students to make them feel special. It comprises a humorous skit, melodious songs and an energetic dance performance.
Children thoroughly enjoyed the programme and praised the performances of their teachers. A special magic show was organised for the students of Classes 1 and 2 which they completely rejoiced in.
The various hands-on craft activities were planned and conducted such as making different creatures and wall hangings using CDs, paper cups, etc. for Classes 1 and 2 respectively; creating the best out of waste by Class 3 and Classes 4 and 5 made the different planters with artificial flowers and masks depicting an array of human emotions respectively, to make the bagless day fruitful and joyous for the children. All the children enthusiastically participated in the activities and showed their best creativity. Not only this, children enjoyed the Class Party too and shared their homemade eatables with their friends and peers. They had the gala time in class. It was a day of learning with so much fun.
