Annual ExhiShow 2022

Ahlcon International School carrying its legacy forward, of equipping the young learners with values, knowledge, and skills that instil respect for human rights, education, gender equality, health and well-being, celebrated its Annual ExhiShow, ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ on Saturday, 22 January 2022 through Zoom and YouTube live streaming.
The Inaugural Ceremony began at 11.00 am with Diya lighting and a dance presentation invoking the blessings of the almighty. The Annual academic and co-scholastic report was presented by senior students. The Principal, Mr Sanjay Yadav enlightened the audience about the achievements of the school in various fields and the accomplishments of teachers in the year 2021.
Guest of Honour, Rabbi Ezekiel Isaac Malekar addressed the students with his soulful words and inspired them to take a promise to make their Janm-Bhumi as their Karm-Bhumi and Dharma Bhumi and to be happy and successful in life.
Chairperson, Dr. Rohini Ahluwalia congratulated the students and teachers for being able to deliver the vision of the school and complimented their tenacity to move ahead with courage. She motivated students to keep doing their duties well and be good human beings always.
Director, Ahlcon Group of Schools, Dr. Ashok Kumar Pandey inspired students to walk the talk by bringing changes in thinking, attitudes and doing small things thereby bridging the gaps for sustained growth of humanity.
Chief Guest Mr. Hwang II Yong, Director of Korean Cultural Centre, greeted the gathering and said he was looking forward to seeing, how students understand and interpret the ongoing problems of humankind. He was keen to know, how the ExhiShow would be helping them in reflecting on the real meaning of equality but also practicing it in their daily lives. He inspired students to feel proud of their country’s rich heritage and wished to see the relationship between both Ahlcon International School and Korean Cultural Centre, India, deepen and grow stronger in the future.
The Inaugural ceremony ended with the National Anthem and then from 12:10 pm onwards, began the Exhibition: ‘Garv Mujhe Mere Bharat Par’ with the musical rendition by the Headmistress, Ms Sunita Rajiv. The exhibition displayed the grandeur and heritage of our great nation in three galleries – Education- Siksha ke Sopaan, Gender Equality -‘Sabka Sammaan Ek Samaan’ and Heath and Well- Being ‘Sarve Santu Niramaya’ from the pre-independence times to modern times with its futuristic vision.
‘Spread Your Wings to Soar High’ with this motto class VI students showcased 75 years of progressive Indian Education System which acts as an integrative force to foster social cohesion and solidarity at the global level. Their research exhibited how India has been able to revive the glory of its education system besides transforming itself into a world-class leader.
With the aim to spread ‘Sabka Samman Ek Samaan’ an awareness about Gender Empowerment and ensure Gender Equality for all students of class 7th highlighted the status of Gender Empowerment in India since independence. Children through their exhibits highlighted the need of providing equal opportunities and respect to all for an equitable society.
‘Sarve Santu Niramaya: Sabhi rog mukt rahein’ is a key indicator of a country’s progress. Taking this epigram students of class 8th took forward the baton celebrating the fact that a nation with a healthy population is more likely to experience sustained growth. They exhibited how over the years India witnessed lifestyle changes and with the growth of Ayurveda, homeopathy, and inclination towards yoga and meditation, people have united towards the nation’s well-being.
Principal Sanjay Yadav was all praises for the efforts put in by students and said it is surely a saga to be cherished for years to come. He applauded the efforts of the students saying they have created history.
Headmistress Ms. Sunita Rajiv applauded the team spirit and coordination of the team and students of the Middle section and congratulated them on the stupendous presentation.
