VASANTOTSAV CELEBRATIONS (2021)

Ahlcon International School celebrated its very rich and vibrant Vasantotsav 2021, a the annual festival marking the beginning of Spring, with great zeal and splendour. A special virtual program was held on 16th February 2021 to celebrate it. Goddess of learning, Maa Saraswati was worshipped on the occasion and  Honourable Padma Vibhushan Dr. Sonal Mansingh graced the occasion with her pristine presence. She left her viewers enthralled through the divine rendition of KATHA –titled ‘Om Shiv Shambhu’ in her own musically rich inimitable style.

As is the traditional endeavor, nine online competitions were organized covering all the performing arts including vocal and instrumental. 26 schools participated Pan India. All the entries were sent online, and their performances were judged by a line of great maestros in various fields. Through the virtual prize distribution ceremony, the certificates were distributed and rolling trophy was given away to Seth Jaipuria International School.

Chairperson, Dr. Rohini Ahluwalia, in her address said that everyone needed to be dutiful and respectful of the rich heritage which has transcended us to overcome all kinds of diversities and emerge stronger.

Director Sir, Dr Ashok Kumar Pandey, Principal Sir, Mr Sanjay Yadav, and headmistress, Ms Sunita Rajiv too inspired the students to be the custodians of our traditions and culture and keep the torch burning for the future generations to witness and delve in its spiritual depths.
