Field Trip Report: Mother Dairy Plant

Commerce Department of Ahlcon International School organized a field trip to the Mother Dairy plant on 12^th May,2023, to provide an opportunity for the participants to gain insight into the production and processing of dairy products. 112 Commerce students with 5 teachers visited the plant at Patparganj.

Mother Dairy is a renowned dairy company known for its high-quality milk and dairy products. The purpose of the visit was to understand the various stages of milk processing and witness the adherence to quality standards.

Upon arrival at the Mother Dairy plant, the participants were greeted by the plant staff with a refreshing drink of flavored milk. They provided a brief introduction to the company’s history, values, and its commitment to delivering fresh and pure dairy products. The participants were given an overview of the plant’s layout and operations. They were shown the different sections of the plant, including the milk reception area. The participants were taken to the processing units and observed the testing process to ensure the milk meets the required standards for quality and safety.

They learned about the importance of hygiene and food safety regulations. Mother Dairy’s commitment to sustainability was highlighted during the visit. The participants learned about the company’s efforts to minimize waste and promote eco-friendly practices.
