Inter-House Sculpture Competition

First Inter-House Sculpture Competition, for classes IX-XII, was held on 26^th July, 2023, as an activity to give exposure of G-20 themes to students. 2 teams consisting of 2 students from classes IX-X and XI-XII represented 4 house Agni, Neer, Prithvi and Vayu in the competition. The themes of the competition were in sync with G-20, Vasudhaiv Kutumbkam, Eco-Friendly Lifestyle and Sustainable Living.

 

Students under the able guidance of Sculpture teacher, Mr. Rakesh Ranjan Dubey, came up with spell bound creations via clay modelling. Their sculptures were in sync with the theme and made teachers to observe expressions of young and talented sculptors. Students expressed such thoughtful and admirable creations with clay that every viewer was spell bound.

 

The competition was judged by Art teachers Mr. Rajib Roy and Mr. Mohit Kumar. Judges find it truly difficult to give their judgements by viewing at the creations of their talented students. They could not stop themselves to admire the participants.
