Teachers’ Day Special Assembly by Neer House

On 5th September 2023, a Teachers’ Day special assembly was conducted by Neer House. The assembly commenced with Guru Vandana, Thought for the Day, and News. All the dignitaries were felicitated with splendid titles, flowers, and beautiful cards made by the students.
Students were apprised of the significance of Teachers’ Day and a short simulated interview was conducted with Dr. Radha Krishnan to learn about his philosophy. Students absorbed the teachings of Dr. Radha Krishnan and found their relevance in 21st-century skills. After the interview, a mesmerising peacock dance- Mayil Attam was performed by the students which was followed by a short skit on Eklavya showing the bond between a guru and his disciple.
The students presented a lively and well-coordinated symphony through an orchestra performance, they played the instruments skillfully. All the departments and teachers were commended with titles and magnificent cards, also a ribbon dance was held to give tribute to our beloved teachers through a melodious song. Chavvi Mishra, a student of Class 8th dedicated a self-imposed poem to teachers in which she poured out her emotions for teachers.
All the dignitaries applauded the assembly with their praiseworthy words. The Principal-Mr. Sanjay Yadav shared his insightful and motivating words with the students.
The assembly concluded with the National Anthem.
On the whole, the Teachers’ Day assembly was a resplendent event that showed the best efforts put in by both the teachers and students.
