Report of Workshop on ‘An Introduction to Robotics’

“The Best Way to Predict the Future is to Create it!”

 

As children age, they have increasing opportunities to get involved with extracurricular activities that provide a challenge to their calibre in order to enhance it.  And thus, a workshop on- ‘An Introduction to Robotics’ was held for Classes – 4 & 5 on Thursday, 24^th August 2023 in the school auditorium. The Resource Person, Mr Nitin Gambhir, the Head of STEM Mentorship Program at STEM, ACE shared his precious knowledge with the kids about the basics of Robotics.

The workshop aimed to introduce young children to the fascinating world of robotics through engaging, hands-on activities.

The workshop began with an introductory session, where the Mr. Gambhir explained the concept of robotics and its relevance in the modern world.

Throughout the workshop, the participants were engaged in mind boggling logical riddles and hands-on activities that encouraged critical thinking and problem-solving.

The robotics workshop for these kids was a resounding success, providing an enriching and enjoyable learning experience. The workshop not only introduced young children to the world of robotics but also nurtured their curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking skills.
