Ahlcon International School, Preparatory Section organized a Cybersecurity workshop, held on 4^th December, 2023 for Classes 4 & 5, aimed to educate participants on the latest trends, threats, and best practices in the field of cybersecurity which is the need of the hour.The Cybersecurity Workshop for kids was a unique and engaging event designed to introduce children to the fundamental concepts of cybersecurity in a fun and interactive manner. The workshop aimed to instil good digital habits, raise awareness about online safety, and inspire an interest in the field of cybersecurity among young participants.

Resource Person Mr. Sumit Grover featured a comprehensive agenda covering various aspects of cybersecurity, including

-Introduction to cybersecurity and its importance

-Online safety and responsible internet usage

-Basics of password protection

-Identifying and dealing with cyberbullying

-Interactive Quiz

The Cybersecurity Workshop for Kids successfully achieved its objectives of introducing children to essential cybersecurity concepts in a manner that was both educational and entertaining. By fostering an early interest in online safety, the workshop aimed to empower the next generation to navigate the digital world securely.

Workshop ended with an overwhelming Question-Answer session by the kids and later, the vote of thanks was proposed by Ms. Garima Mehra.

Headmistress, Ms. Kavita Shah enlightened the children about the significance of cyber security and encouraged to follow it in real life.
