Special Assembly on GURUPURAB

In a tribute to the profound teachings and legacy of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Class 6F organized an inspiring celebration through a special assembly on the occasion of Gurupurab, ‘Prakash Diwas: The Light of Guru Nanak,’ on Tuesday, 10th December 2024, in the school auditorium.

The objectives of the assembly were:

– To commemorate the teachings and values of Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

– To inspire students to imbibe the principles of equality, selfless service, and unity in their lives.

– To celebrate the spirit of devotion and reverence associated with Gurupurab.

The program began with a soulful recital of Shabad Baani, which created a serene and spiritual atmosphere, reflecting the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. This was followed by a skit that emphasized his principles of equality, selfless service, and unity, leaving a lasting impact on the audience.

A vibrant dance performance concluded the celebration, showcasing the joy and reverence of Gurupurab with colourful attire and synchronized moves that energized the audience.

The Vice Principal, Mr. Puneet Duggal, and the Headmistress, Ms. Sunanda S. Kumar, praised the students for their efforts and commended the teachers for organizing such a meaningful program. Their encouragement inspired everyone to embody Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s teachings in their daily lives.
