PLPS Workshops and Tournament

Time: 9.00 a.m.-12.30 p.m.

Primary Stars is an international collaboration project between the Premier League and the British Council which uses football as a tool to develop a bright future for young people. After the successful completion of the Champions’ course, the next activity for the PLPS program included PLPS workshops (1^st May’23 to 4^th May’23) followed by a PLPS Inter-School Tournament in Delhi for children. 

Ahlcon Public School and Ahlcon International School collaborated for the same. This was an opportunity for our PLPS Leaders/Champions to deliver the PLPS methodology through a series of workshops for the school students. These workshops focused on core values of PLPS (To Be Connected, Be Ambitious, Be Fair and Be Inspiring) and prepared the school students for participation in the PLPS Football tournament on 6^th May’23, Saturday. Thus, students were evaluated based on their display of PLPS values on the field. The PLPS Grand Finale, a culmination of weeklong workshops, was held in Tyagraj Stadium, Delhi as an extravaganza for all participating schools and attendees. The program was supported by the British Council, Premier League and India on Track.
