Mesmerizing Saga of ‘Bharat Bhraman’- The Annual Show
To celebrate the unity in diversity of our nation and maintain the strength of the fabric of traditionally existing emotional bonds between the people of our country Ahlcon International School celebrated its Grand Annual Show with great pomp and prudence on Virtual Platform which went live on 5th and 6th February 2021. Surely it was a journey that has unflinchingly stupendous and has been carved to make a mark in the history of Ahlcon. This theme was an initiative announced by the honourable Prime Minister on 31st October 2015 for an enhanced understanding, bonding and integrity of India.
Right from the inception of the dream seed to its complete blossom, the journey has been full of inexplicably beautiful experiences whether it was researching the content, learning the art of making the videos or weaving it into that seamless one-string entity. Undoubtedly, there were moments of anxiety, sadness, technical problems, but dedication, healthy competition and the desire to show the best and excel kept the fire burning and everything, in the end, was a delectable dish which left all with that lingering taste to remain in the hearts of all for forever. The research done showed there was so much to exhibit but the challenge was how to do it in the limited time given.
The initial videos and the research work were amazing. Everybody’s enthusiasm was at the zenith but when the ‘time challenge’ was thrown it started becoming difficult. Students didn’t want to reshoot, and always used the term ‘Ma’am technical glitches’ synonymous with disinterest in redoing their work.
But there was no time for all these excuses, so teachers caught hold of some very ardent and dutiful workers to steer the ship further. The destination had to be reached without compromising the quality and the quantity. So, the ship was refueled, and the journey restarted with greater vigour. All the great minds took up the baton and started putting their souls and heads. Inch by inch the momentum regained and then there was no looking back. The expertise was clearly visible in every class’ presentation. It was superb, just the best.
Finally, then the rich traditions, culture, heritage, and values shared by all Indians were presented through a magnificent presentation ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshth Bharat’. Students took the audience appalled by taking them for Bharat Bhraman and making each one enjoy the magnanimity of culture and tradition of all the states of India amidst great diversity. The string of valuable gems was put on display and everyone could enjoy the entire tour through the amalgamated mode of transportation- land water and air.
The Sufi music, ‘Pradeshik Saptarang’-the Group Dance, Shloka recital, prayers for humanity through classical dance and the saga of all the states depicted virtually, left the audience spellbound.
On day one ( 5th Feb. 2021) Mr. Rabbi Ezekiel Malekar graced the programme showcased by students of class 6th. On the second day (6th Feb.2021) Ms. Munmun Ghosh and Rear Admiral Samir Saran Lal, were the Chief Guests for class 7th and 8th respectively.
The inspiring words of the Chief guests Mr. Rabbi Ezekiel Malekar, Ms. Munmun Ghosh and Rear Admiral Samir Saran Lal were soulful and made the students take a promise to follow them for a happy and successful life.
The annual report by Principal Mr Sanjay Yadav made each one feel very proud of the initiatives taken and success achieved in various fields even while the school campus was closed. It reflected how each one’s cooperation and support to each other we could successfully defeat the COVID-19 and emerge victorious.
Dr. Ashok Kumar Pandey, Director Ahlcon group of schools, eminent dignitaries, and Headmistress Middle section Ahlcon International school, Ms Sunita Rajiv appreciated the hard work of students as well as teachers. They expressed their gratitude for the unflinching support extended by the parents at each step to make this virtual Annual Show memorable.
The glory of the indelible presentation of the legend of ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshth Bharat’ will continue to hold all strong and united forever.
