Students maintained a Reading Log as a part of Reading Month Activity on the prescribed format with the details like t the title of the book, its author, characters, story etc.
Children of Grade -3 had ‘Digital Reading session’. The fable was based on an interaction between animals and humans and how each contributed to the environment. Children learnt how humans are destroying nature and what they could do on their part, to save it.
Children of Grade-4 enjoyed a quiz that included questions related to the books that they have read. They enjoyed identifying the characters and authors of various famous books.
The best way to thank an author is to write a review. Children had read many books during the Summer Break , Grade 5 students wrote the Book Review of their favourite book.
All the students participated enthusiastically in all the activities and it proved to be a fruitful learning experience for them.
