Sports (Races – Foundation Stage 2)

Sports teaches you character, it teaches you to play by rules, it teaches you to know what it feels like to win and lose- it teaches you about life. Through sports, students can learn the invaluable principles of discipline, teamwork, and fair play. It has been truly said that ‘Sports has the power to change the world’ and what better age to start than the foundational years.

 

Understanding how sports and physical activities play a pivotal role in nurturing character traits and life skills among students, the Foundation Stage 2 of Ahlcon International School organized races for Classes I and II. On Tuesday, 29th August 2023, the students of grades I participated in ‘Collecting the Ball Race’ and grade II participated in ‘Hurdle Race’ with great enthusiasm and sportsman spirit.

 

Selections for the final rounds were done through heats in which all students from classes I and II participated.
