Report of Vayu House Assembly

 On Thursday, January 25th 2024, the Republic Day celebration at Ahlcon International School, unfolded as a vibrant and multifaceted assembly by Vayu House, weaving together a patriotic fervor, educational insights, and cultural richness. The same was witnessed by the Principal, Vice Principal, Head mistress (Preparatory) and the students and teachers of Preparatory school.  

 The assembly commenced with a welcome followed by a stirring rendition of the timeless patriotic song ‘Hind Desh Ke Niwasi’ by students of class III, IV and V, resonating with the spirit of unity and pride. 

 

An illuminating PowerPoint presentation delved into the historical significance of Republic Day, emphasizing the core principles enshrined in the Indian Constitution. Students were enlightened about fundamental rights and duties, fostering an understanding of civic responsibilities. 

 A visually captivating video showcased India’s noteworthy achievements in 2023 across various fields, serving as a testament to the nation’s progress and resilience. This segment aimed to inspire the student body with a sense of optimism and national pride. 

 The assembly took an interactive turn with a thought-provoking street play ‘Kartavya Ke Rang, Chaatron Ke Sang’ by the students of class IV and V, focusing on the duties of an ideal student. This street play served as a medium to impart essential lessons on responsibility and the role of students in shaping the future of the nation. 

 Celebrating the diverse cultural heritage of India, the students of class IV and V, performed a dynamic dance titled ‘Bharat Anokha Raag Hai’ and enthralled the audience with the expression of unity in diversity. 

 The grand finale featured a blended performance by the students of class III, IV and V, that seamlessly integrated skating and yoga, symbolizing agility, balance, and mental well-being. The assembly concluded on a poignant note with students dressed as children receiving bravery awards, paying heartfelt homage to the courage exhibited by young minds in various spheres. 

 The Republic Day celebration assembly was a holistic and enriching experience, fostering a deep sense of patriotism, civic responsibility, and cultural appreciation among the student body. It was concluded by words of wisdom and appreciation by the guiding light of the school, the Principal, Mr. Sanjay Yadav.
