Teachers’ Day Special Assembly Report

 

“Teachers’ Day transcends beyond speeches and ceremonies. It’s a humble tribute to the persistence and tireless efforts of educators, the elements that lay the foundation of our lives.”

On September 3, 2024, The Teachers’ Day assembly was held at Ahlcon International School, by Neer House – Preparatory Stage, to express our gratitude to our teachers for building the future generation through their selfless services.

The assembly began with gratitude to the almighty followed by a warm welcome of the school heads, teachers and students. Followed by the fun factors, astonishing facts, majestic Quiz and breath-taking Dance. Students were also apprised of the importance of all the teachers.

A melodious song – ‘Magnum Opus’, was sung by the students of Neer House, showcasing the love and respect towards teachers.

Further, magnificent titles were given to acknowledge Maths Maestros, The Change Makers {EVS Department}, ज्ञान का भंडार {Hindi Department}, Sports Mentors, PVLC Department, English Language Masters also got the tribute for their Magical work.

A fun filled Quiz was designed to engage our show catchers, our wonderful teachers from all the departments which encouraged active participation and friendly competition among them.

Last, but not the least, was the energetic dance performance ‘’शिक्षक: जीवन के शिल्पकार’, which was followed by the self-composed poem portraying the love of a teacher towards her students. It showcased the comparison of a teacher with the sculptor who pours her/ his heart out to design a sculpture, as teachers do to give life to all the professions. At the end, our leaders were conferred with token of love.

The assembly concluded with appreciating remarks from the Vice Principal, Mr. Puneet Duggal, Headmistress, Ms. Kavita Shah, Headmistress Middle and Foundation stage each appreciating the efforts of the Neer House Teachers and the participants. They encouraged the students to continue embracing the love and respect for teachers.

Overall, the assembly was a resounding success, inspiring students to value and celebrate the day with love and success. Students were encouraged to understand the importance of teachers as they are not only providers of knowledge, but they are also the guides of our lives and the creators of our future.
