Save Water, Save Soil- Assembly by 2F

“Earth provides enough to satisfy every man’s needs, but not every man’s greed.”

Nature and environment are there for human’s existence. Our planet’s delicate balance hinges on the harmony between water and soil. It’s not just a choice—It’s our responsibility. To spread awareness and sensitize everyone, Foundation Stage-II of Ahlcon International School organized a Class Assembly by the students of class II-F on the Theme- ‘Save Water, Save Soil’, on Thursday, 8^th August,2024.

Ahlconites began the assembly by taking Almighty’s blessings and Gayatri mantra. The assembly reflected on the importance of conservation of soil and water. Students enacted a Nukkad Natak on the importance of Save water. Through the Nukkad Natak, the students emphasized on the ways of conserving water. Students motivated their peers to adopt the method of conserving soil and planting more trees through a video. The students sensitize and pledge to act as responsible citizens to protect these vital resources and ensure a thriving planet for future generations. They wish to raise awareness that every effort counts; together, we can make a difference. The students put together a spectacular dance performance on Save soil, pumping to the tunes of- Bandeya, which had the audience grooving.

A group of students enthralled the audience with a melodious song on Save Water. The highlight of the Assembly was the role play of Sadhguru- spreading awareness and to safeguard our planet’s future and act now to preserve water and soil, and ensure a vibrant, resilient world for generations to come.

Lastly, it was followed by a speech by esteemed Headmistress Foundation, Ms. Pooja Shandilya, which encouraged everyone to keep taking proactive steps to conserve Mother Earth.

The class teacher and students of Class II -F expressed their sincere gratitude to esteemed Headmistress Foundation, Ms. Pooja Shandilya for her words of encouragement and appreciation. The assembly was conducted smoothly and the audience was mesmerized by the impeccable performance of the students.

The assembly was concluded with the National Anthem.
